- **Lead** a team of 9 engineers in Acquisition, covering loan and card onboarding, the Partner Portal, and partner APIs. Interview and hire engineers.
- Coach developers and modernize development processes for the AI era: built **AI skills**, tooling, and **agentic workflows** for the team, shortening cycle time.
- Built **Qredibility**, an AI Slack assistant that classifies, routes, and files tickets for Customer Success requests. It targets **1 FTE of capacity recovered in 2026** from **376 requests in 10 weeks** (about **3 FTE** of senior time). CTO-sponsored.
- Standardized **error tracking** across six services with traceable error IDs, so helpdesk spots recurring errors quickly. Improved **observability** and **traceability** with structured logs, metrics, and PII masking.
- Migrated onboarding, embedded, and card widget applications to the **underwriting API** behind feature flags, then retired the legacy handlers.
- Shipped partner-facing features: codified rejection reasons in the Partner Portal, HubSpot chat for logged-in partners, and a webhook delivery inspector.
